Physiotherapy / Osteopathy

I am a graduate of the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum, where I earned a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with distinction. I am also a fourth-year student of osteopathic medicine at the Academy of Osteopathy in Krakow. The profession I have chosen is my passion, and working with patients gives me great satisfaction and motivation for continuous development.

Since completing my studies, I have been working in the profession, constantly training, especially in manual therapy and for the past four years in osteopathic medicine, which has become my forte. Viewing the human body as a unity provides a broader perspective for finding the real cause of a patient’s problem without focusing solely on the symptomatic area. The awareness of internal organs’ interactions and not dividing the body into independent parts opens up greater possibilities for regulation and, consequently, for helping the body heal.

In my daily work, I primarily treat people suffering from pain resulting from musculoskeletal dysfunctions (overload, injuries, degenerative changes, joint, muscle, ligament dysfunctions) as well as visceral problems or issues caused by excessive tension in the nervous system or stress. During a session, I mainly use manual techniques, which involve using my hands on the musculoskeletal system, internal organs, and elements of craniosacral therapy.

I strive to look at each patient as comprehensively and individually as possible, and in addition to in-office therapy, I advise on what lifestyle changes can be made to make the treatment as effective as possible.
