Justyna Michałek
Urogynecological and Aesthetic Physiotherapy
Justyna Michałek is an experienced physiotherapist who holds a master’s degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice and a bachelor’s degree from the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów. She is currently expanding her expertise in osteopathic medicine at the Academy of Osteopathy in Kraków.
She is a certified specialist in urogynecological physiotherapy, as confirmed by a certificate from the Polish Urogynecological Society (PTUG). Her experience includes an internship at the renowned St. Zofia Hospital in Warsaw, working in gynecological and obstetric departments.
Justyna specializes in urogynecological and orthopedic physiotherapy, as well as manual therapy for the body and face. She treats her work as both a passion and a mission, prioritizing pain relief, patient rehabilitation, and improving quality of life. In her interactions with patients, she adheres to the principle: “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”

She supports women in preparing for childbirth and returning to physical activity postpartum, addressing conditions such as diastasis recti, painful cesarean scars, and pelvic or lumbar spine pain. Her expertise also includes helping with painful menstruation, painful intercourse, and recurrent urinary tract infections.
Orthopedics and Traumatology
In orthopedics, Justyna provides rehabilitation after fractures, sprains, ligament tears, and surgeries such as arthroscopy or joint replacement.
